The only thing we want more than a Packers' win is you looking good and being satisfied with your Tundra Town gear.

If you need to return or exchange anything that you purchased from us that has not been worn or damaged, you have 30 days to do so.

Player specific and clearance items may not be subject to returns.  Since we regularly offer special deals on items that are purchased at our gameday locations, we are only able to do size exchanges for the same/similar item that was purchased at our tents.

Although we work hard to keep all sizes for all styles in stock, please note that in the case of exchange requests, it is possible that the item in the size you'd like to exchange for could be out of stock.

If you would like to return or exchange an unworn/undamaged item that you purchased from us, please follow the process below:

  1. Please email us at tom@tundratown.com so we know what the problem is and whether you'd like us to do a return or an exchange... if you're doing a size exchange, please be sure to note what size you need
  2. Ship your item(s) to... Tundra Town Clothing Co.  P.O. Box 997 Green Bay, WI 54305
  3. Include a small note with your email address, order number (or note if it was a gift) and if you are returning or exchanging. 
  4. If you are requesting an exchange, please include $4 to cover returning shipping. If the item was sent damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong order, we'll cover the shipping costs. 
  5. As soon as we receive your returned item, we'll issue a credit or send out the corrected item.
